What counts as one test?

One test is one simulated conversation from start to finish. Each conversation can span multiple turns. A single test run might simulate 100 customers asking different questions - that counts as 100 tests.

Do unused tests roll over?

Unused tests expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. If you regularly need more than your plan allows, we'd recommend upgrading or talking to us about a custom volume.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately and the additional volume becomes available right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Does Hangar 5 need access to my AI model?

No. Hangar 5 connects to your assistant the same way a real user does - through the conversation interface. We never require model access, API keys, or changes to your infrastructure.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a self-serve trial, but every demo includes a live test run on your own assistant. You'll see real results - recorded dialogues, video replay, and scores - before you decide.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise is fully bespoke - custom test volume, contract terms, invoicing, security review, DPA, and optional private deployment. Contact us and we'll scope a solution around your requirements.
